The Young Enterprise is a UK charity that partners with schools to deliver financial and enterprise education, equipping students with vital skills like teamwork, problem-solving, money management, and confidence through practical, hands-on programs, connecting them with business mentors and preparing them for future employment and life. At Bishopshalt School, we are extremely proud to be partnered with Young Enterprise to showcase our extreme talents throughout the members of our team.

Our team are sixth form students from Bishopshalt School, Royal Ln, Hillingdon, UB8 3RF. Every member of our team strictly follows the Bishopshalt Core Values, ensuring we are professionally set up:

We have chosen the name 'GoFigR' - which can be seperated into 'Go' and 'Figure'. We vision the catchy phrase as a way to propel youths to look at our business with excitement, whilst also enjoying our figures. The clever and creative intentional misspelling of the word 'Figure' authentically portrays us as unique entrepreneurs.

At GoFigR, our main goal is to raise awareness for endangered animals worldwide. We have chosen our main theme to be sea and land creatures after realising the horrific rates of decline for both sea and land life due to not only the conditions of their habitat, but also climate change and human involvements in their decline. We manufacture our products using Biodegradable PLA, which is produced from plant starch, meaning lower net greenhouse gas emissions compared to plastics like polyethylene.
